Terms of Service

Scope

We provide writing, editing, translation, and related content services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in statements of work (SOWs) or quotes.

Quotes & Payment

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless noted otherwise.
• A deposit may be required to start work. Remaining amounts are invoiced per milestone or on delivery.
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless specified.

Changes & Cancellations

Material changes in scope or timeline may affect pricing and schedule. Cancellations may incur fees for completed work and non-recoverable costs.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear instructions, assets, and timely feedback.
• Ensure you hold rights to materials supplied and requested translations.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables for the intended purpose. Unless otherwise agreed, working files and intermediate drafts remain our property.

Revisions

Projects typically include two revision rounds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public information as confidential and use it solely to deliver the project.

Warranties & Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific services at issue.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local law. Disputes are handled in the courts of our principal place of business unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
