Cancellations
Because we schedule resources in advance, cancellations on short notice may incur fees. We’ll do our best to reschedule where possible.
Refunds
- Deposits secure time and are typically non-refundable once work has started.
- If we cancel for reasons within our control, you will receive a refund for undelivered services.
- If you cancel, we’ll invoice for completed work and non-recoverable costs.
Revisions & Disputes
We aim to resolve issues through good-faith discussions. If needed, we can provide additional revisions at our standard rates.
